We only ship within the UK. All prices included free shipping.
If you live outside the UK and are interested in a product from our store, please email elke@koessling.com before you place your order.
Refund Policy
Our products are made to order, so please check your size and chosen design carefully before ordering.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, it may not be possible to cancel it.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.
We cannot exchange items ordered in the wrong size.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
