Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled.
Because our garments are made specifically to your order, the 14-day cancellation (“cooling-off”) period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us by email as soon as possible. We may be able to assist only if production has not yet begun, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, including for size or fit.
Faulty or Incorrect Goods
All items are thoroughly checked before dispatch. However, if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or materially not as described, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If this happens:
- Contact us by email as soon as possible after receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We will assess the problem and, where a fault is confirmed, offer a repair, replacement or refund as required by law
