Hearts That Blossom – Plantable Gift Tags/Present Toppers/Notelets

£5.00

The perfect gift for the eco conscious, the nature lovers and the green fingered!

(Although you don’t have to be a pro to give these little beauties a go.)

Our wildflower seed Hearts That Blossom make for a unique gift that keeps on giving….. both to the recipients and to our precious pollinators.

A perfect multipurpose gift – use them as beautiful gift tags, present toppers, to write a little note to loved ones or for table decorations – the choice is yours.

Once they have been used, just pop the hearts on top of compost & cover lightly with a little more compost.

– Feed the hearts with some water.

 – Place somewhere warm and bright, ready for them to grow

– Keep the paper moist

– Your seeds will soon germinate and hearts will start to blossom!

You can then either repot, or, when the season is right and the seeds are established, transfer into the garden!

The wildflower seed paper has been created in the UK using a varying mix of British Meadow mix seeds including common vetch, meadow buttercup, musk mallow, ox-eye daisy, ribwort plantain, white campion, yarrow, red campion, birdsfoot trefoil, salad burnet among others.

Comes in a pack of 10.
